How to reduce anger through graphology

ANGER : Anger is just one letter short of DANGER.
“Anger is an acid that can do more harm to vessel in which it is stored than to anything on which it is poured.” – Mark Twain

Anger is one such emotion which if used in an effective way, can help you to achieve success; but if used in a wrong way, there is nothing more destructive than it. Wikipedia defines anger as, “Anger is an emotional response related to one's psychological interpretation of having been threatened. Often it indicates when one's basic boundaries are violated.” Anger is one such emotion or characteristic which is rarely absent in anyone’s personality. Only difference is the degree of getting angry. Some people get angry very easily while some get angry only when something terribly goes wrong. Although anger is a very natural emotion, people find it difficult to deal with it. Anger not only affects the person on whom the anger is directed, it also affects the person holding it.
We all know the consequences of anger. Anger can destroy anything in few seconds, which has taken a lifetime to build.

The point of concern here is, in spite of knowing that anger results in harmful consequences, people find it difficult to get rid of it. Some people even make it a tagline to give excuses by saying, “you know how I am, I get angry very easily, I don’t do it purposely it just happens.” What they don’t realize is that by saying this they are making it only their weakness. There is an interesting theory about anger.
