Handwriting Analysis to deal with Procrastination

Do you always find yourself delaying a particular work or task till the deadline approaches? Do you always keep your tasks pending for the last minute? Or Do you find excuses to avoid finishing your task on time?
Procrastination is the practice of carrying out less urgent tasks in preference to more urgent ones, or doing more pleasurable things in place of less pleasurable ones, and thus putting off impending tasks to a later time, sometimes to the "last minute" before the deadline.
Procrastination is not a new or rare thing; rather it is a very practice. I have come across so many people who postpone their work for some or other reason. They will start working only when their deadline starts approaching. Right from students to adults, this particular practice is observed. There are students who don’t start studying until the exam date comes near and when it does, they will be completely immersed in books. Even if it is about homework, they will always keep it for the last minute and then the load piles up. Sounds familiar?
In case of adults, there are so many professionals who like to keep on delaying things or tasks as long as possible. In organizations, there may be atleast one such person in a team who starts working day and night only when the deadline is about to come. Whether the work gets completed on time or not depends on case to case, but one thing is for sure, the quality is surely compromised.

There may be varied reasons for procrastination depending on person to person. However, the basic ideology is that people look to avoid the situations or the negative emotions associated with that task. It’s like being in the comfort zone unless it’s necessary to move out of it. The prima facie is that people may be afraid to face a particular situation and so knowingly or unknowingly, delay the situation as far as possible. Procrastination may result in stress, anxiety, a sense of guilt and crisis, health problems, and severe loss of personal productivity, as well as social disapproval for not meeting responsibilities or commitments. Keeping the things pending till last minute infuses lot of unnecessary stress
and results in irritation and anxiety. It can hamper one’s personal as well as professional life.
In order to reduce the adversaries of procrastination and lead a successful life, procrastination should be avoided at all costs. There’s even one famous hindi proverb to implicate this, “kal kare so aaj kar, aaj kare so ab.”

Let us see now how graphology (handwriting  analysis) help us to deal with the issue of procrastination.

The horizontal stem in the letter T is called as cross bar. The name cross bar indicates that the stem has to actually cross the vertical line from both sides. Here, the cross bar even fails to make a point of contact, rather than crossing. This indicates the person is not comfortable to face present situation and has lot of pending issues from the past.
In order to get rid of procrastination, the “t cross bar” should be made proper, crossing the vertical line in middle. A regular practice of making good t cross also improves determination and confidence of the person.
